A FINE INLAID BLACK AND GOLD LACQUER WOOD CABINET, CHINA, LATE QING DYNASTY
Of rectangular form raised on a four feet base, the front with two levels doors attractively inlaid with multi coloured hardstones showing two scenes of ladies in a garden by a pavilion and the sides with flowering trees; the interior of each level with one shelf, the door interiors of the superior level decorated with a vase with flower all reserved on a lustrous gold cartouche and geometric ground band. In good conditions, minor wears and scratches on the surface.
