Benedetta Romanini
Benedetta Romanini is responsible the Department of Jewellery since 2009. After a solid training experience both abroad and in our country that has provided the expertise to distinguish between natural and synthetic stones, diamonds, pearls, and of course the history and culture of the jewel, she held the position of Junior Expert at Christie’s Italy from 1999 to 2005, and Expert in Sotheby’s Italy from 2006 to 2008.

Teresa Scarlata
Teresa Scarlata, Head of the Jewellery Department and Director of the Monte Carlo office, had a wide and varied experience before joining Wannenes in January 2017. She started her career as Junior Expert at Sotheby’s from 1985 to 2000, consolidating it at Christie’s from 2000 to 2009 as Head of the Jewellery Department for Northern Italy, and at Bonhams from 2011 to 2016 as Head of the Jewellery Department for Italy and Canton Ticino. To date, Teresa Scarlata is one of the most important consultants for large insurance institutions and also maintains a strong focus on the world of communication with speeches on Class Life and conferences on jewellery for Private Banking. Her activity takes place at the Wannenes offices in Northern Italy and Monte Carlo, where it is possible to carry out estimates, valuations of jewellery and entire art collections.

Costanza da Schio
Costanza da Schio, after training in the gemology sector, began her career in the art world in 2016, collaborating with Wannenes auction house in the management of Italian and foreign clients. In 2020, she became the head of the valuation service at Wannenes, dealing with both works by individual collectors and entire estates: since April 2023, she has held the role of Sales Coordinator & Cataloguer in the Jewelry department..
