Pierino Frascarolo nacque a Milano nel 1928, dove cominciò la sua carriera da apprendista dai Fratelli Lunati.
Dopo questa esperienza fondò la propria ditta con il partner Aldo Lenti. Nel 1948 spostò il cuore della sua attività in Corso Matteotti a Milano. E’ famoso per i suoi animali in oro e smalti creati negli anni ’60. I gioielli da lui realizzati hanno una cura particolare del dettaglio e sinuosità.
Più tardi si separò dal socio Lenti e fondò il marchio Frascarolo & Co, a New York insieme ad Adriano Gugliada.
Frascarolo morì a Valenza a luglio del 1976 a soli quarantotto anni.
Pierino Frascarolo was born in 1928 in Milan, where he began his career as an apprentice with the Fratelli Lunati company. After this experience he founded his own firm with partner Aldo Lenti.
In 1948, he moved his jewellery factory to Corso Matteotti. He is well-known for his enamel and gold animals created throughout the 1960s. The jewels he created show a peculiar care of details and sinuosity.
Later, Lenti and Frascarolo separated and the latter formed Frascarolo & Co. in New York City with Mr. Adriano Gugliada.
Frascarolo died in Valenza in July 1976 at the young age of forty-eight.
