A PAIR OF LARGE FAMILLE ROSE PORCELAIN MOON FLASKS, CHINA, QING DYNASTY, SECOND HALF 19TH CENTURY (2)
Each of a well potted compressed globular form, oppose a short and high cylindrical neck, decorated with two large round panels reserved: one is representing a scene with a couple of dignitaries on a terrace with attendants looking down to the river were two boats floating, the other with a dragon amongst peonies. On a blue background of foliage and colored flowers; the Shoulder with two handles in the shape of a bats and at the top of the moon flasks a band with stylized ruyi heads closes the decoration. One vase in good condition, the other with a little hairline and related flake on the rim of the neck and slightly leaning, minor wear in enamels.
