A BLUE AND WHITE, RED AND GOLD PORCELAIN ECUELLE WITH HANDLES, CHINA, KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722)
The vessel inspired from a European silver model, it has a strait body and two shaped handles and is decorated in underglaze blue with a foliate scroll with chrysanthemum red flowers enhanced in gold enamel, the top-rim left unglazed. In good condition, minor firing imperfection and minor surface wears.
