Remaining faithful to the principle of excellence in service and competence, and continuing to strengthen the offer in the collecting market, Wannenes is happy to announce the birth of the department of Wine & Spirits, directed by Gelasio Gaetani d’Aragona Lovatelli.
He is a leading figure on the Italian and international wine scene, a historic producer in Montalcino on the Argiano estate, a writer and journalist (he was editor of the magazine “l’Etichetta” founded by Luigi Veronelli), curator of important wineries around the world, and founder of “The International Wine Academy of Rome” (together with Roberto Wirth, owner of the Grand Hotel Hassler). Count Gelasio Gaetani d’Aragona Lovatelli will collect and select the bottles that will form our next Wine & Spirits auction in February 2019.
