A scarce work, never auctioned (RBH), of this polemical treatise in defence of women, written by the celebrated literary Tarabotti in response to the Latin misogynistic work of 1595, here bound at the end of the volume, attributed to Valens Acidalius and printed in Italian in 1647 under the name of Plata.
