GIOACCHINO DA FIORE (1135-1202). Vaticinia, sive prophetiae [...] Vatinicii, overo Profetie. Venice: Bertoni, 1600.
Two scarce medieval apocalyptic works, the first attributed to Gioacchino da Fiore (1135-1202) a monk who formed the Florense order based in the hermitage of S. Giovanni in Fiore on the Sila, while the second is a scarce work by the Dominican theologian Girolamo Giovannini da Capugnano.

Engraved title page, woodcut engraved initials, text framed by woodcut frames, with 6 full-page copper-engraved plates in the text (first work with part of the figure cut out in vaticinium III, lower margin with waterstains, some leaves with old restorations).
