Provenance: 'Benvenuto da San Giorgio cavaliere Ierosolimitano' contemporary ownership inscription to verso of leaf a1; old marginal notes and underlining partly trimmed; 'Comitus Casalensis ord. prid' antique ownership inscription to recto of leaf a1; 'Ex Bibliotheca de Cardena' 18th century ex libris to endpapers.
