Scarce and important newspaper published by Ricordi, leading music publishers of the period, dedicated to the Milanese and Italian performing arts scene, an important source of information on the golden age of Italian Opera.9 annual issues, 4to (340 x 250mm). Annuals from XIII (1855) to XX (1862), weekly issues with 51 to 53 numbers per year (The 1859 issue present only numbers 1-22 from January to May, missing no. 45 to 1862, some foxing and sporadic stains). Contemporary binding with leather spine and marbled boards (some wear). An accurate collation could not be found for this lot and is therefore sold not subject to return. (9)
