The titles range from the first Italian edition of La Perouse's Journey to Carr's Journey to Holland. An extraordinary typographical venture that made accessible to the Italian reading public the accounts of geographical expeditions to remote lands.85 volumes, 12mo, (183 x 110mm). 30 different titles, from volume 1 to volume 95 (missing 12-16, 45, 68, 76 ,77, 93, 95) 335 contemporary watercolour plates, 16 geographical plates and 9 frontispieces, uncut.
