Of rectangular form supported on four chilong feet, the body arising with gently flared walls to a flat mouth-rim, the exterior top rim decorated with an alternate geometrical band, under the base in the centre a seal mark, the top with an prunus flower and foliate openwork wood cover with a finial jade representing a recumbent mystical beast. In overall very good conditions, with a very small flake on one side of the top mouth-rim and typical minor firing imperfections.
