Processing of personal data related to Newsletter service

Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/67  

The following information is provided pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 EU Regulation 679/2016, in particular for the newsletter service.

DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller is Art Auctions S.r.l. based in Genoa, via Albaro 11, privacy@wannenesgroup.com

LEGAL BASIS – PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

Collected data are processed exclusively for the management of the newsletter service, subject to prior consent.

DATA ADDRESSEE

The Data are communicated in order to be managed to the Processor, as well as to the persons in charge by the Controller and the Processor. The data provided will not be communicated in any way to other third parties.

STORAGE PERIOD

The data collected for the purpose of providing the newsletter service is stored until the revocation of the aforementioned service.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT

The Data Subject has the right to access his/her personal data to request correction or deletion or limitation of processing, to oppose to the processing and to request the portability of data. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT The Data Subject has the right to lodge a complain with the Supervisory Authority which, for Italy, is the Garante for the protection of personal data, in Rome, piazza Monte Citorio, 121, www.garanteprivacy.it

OPTIONAL COMMUNICATION AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE REFUSAL

The communication of Data is optional, but the refusal will make it impossible to provide the newsletter service.
